Before you install
How do I install on Huawei and other Android phones?
Use the Android download button. Huawei phones first try to open AppGallery. Other supported Android browsers also try AppGallery and fall back to the APK if it is unavailable. You can also download the APK directly.
Where can I get the HarmonyOS app?
Use the HarmonyOS button to open its AppGallery listing. If the store does not open, use the web listing. Native HarmonyOS requires the HarmonyOS app; the Android APK is not a substitute.
What if downloads or store links do not work in WeChat or QQ?
Open the menu in the upper-right corner and choose to open this page in your system browser. Then try the download or store link again. If the store does not open, use the Android APK link.
What should I do before changing phones?
The initial release has no cloud sync or backup export. Before changing phones or uninstalling, save each service's recovery codes and follow its instructions to transfer two-factor authentication. Uninstalling may remove your local tokens.
Is there an iPhone download?
The iOS app is not available for public download yet. This website provides the Android APK and the HarmonyOS AppGallery listing.
